What does it mean to be the prettiest 30-year old on the bloc?
It means being beautiful, exuding bedazzling beauty , preening in glee. It is being fine, knowing that you are fine, and owning your fineness with your full-chest.
It is making 30 your personality and infecting everyone around you with such positive energy that makes them realise is that age is not just a number, it is a milestone, an experience; a series of moments, a blank canvas awaiting your memories.
What does it mean to be the number-one story-teller in Nigeria? It is being brilliant, being breathtakingly brilliant. It is having commanding mastery of words, irresitible poise, gorgeous gaze and gracious gait. It is being master at work, a student of life, a teacher sharing knowledge, a mentor guiding newbies. It is putting brands on global map, bringing obscure brands to live, shining light on up and coming ones. It is being a lucent light.
And being your friend? An exhilarating experience. You say the sweetest words , create the best ambience, have the funniest jokes and say the wisest words. When are you going to start charging subscription fee because being your friend shouldn’t be free.
Do you remember how we started talking? It was a tweet. You quoted a tweet (that I can’t remember now) about friendship-highlighting that you wanted to be that kind of friend to your friends. I replied the tweet saying my friends say I am that kind of friend and we shot a friendship shot, the rest they say is two thirty-plus navigating adulting and fun-employment.
